As an artist (new IFL teams and various UHL OHL etc. teams) I know that often the concept must be filtered through many stages of approval and as such, can be over worked.....I wonder if this is the case in this design, .......if anything, it is very unique,

Ya, its possible that this logo could be just preliminary. In my opinon, I think it needs some work. Looks more like a sketch then a professional logo, but this is just my opinion.

I'm usually the one who complains that logo's are all corporate and the same now, but this one needs some refinement.
