GBL Ballpark photo gallery
I was surfing the net this morning and created a GBL Ballpark photo gallery. Currently each team has about 5-8 photos in each one except for Victoria. Anyone happen to know the name of there field???
Also if you guys have some photos of the ball park in your area and would like to share feel free to email me at badgercheesehead@gmail.com and in the subject put what ballpark it is.
You can find the link to the gallery at http://www.placetohavefunwithfriends.com/apps/photos/

Looks good - it's nice to get a view of some of the parks that I've never been to (namely all except the Alberta parks).
I'll send you a few more recent shots of Foothills Stadium in Calgary, I took some nice ones last weekend during the Long Beach series.

The Seals ballpark in Victoria is called Royal Athletic Park
Here's the wikipedia entry:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_Athletic_Park
I'll be heading down there later today, so I'll bring my camera and try and get some good photos, as the single photo on the wikipedia page isn't very representative of the park at all, it only shows one side set up for soccer. I'll try and get a photo of the diamond and the grandstand. They've recently done a big renovation which increased seating capacity and added a new $400,000 video scoreboard so it should be interesting to see.

Hey fisher, I sent you an e-mail with a .zip file of all the photos I took this afternoon.
Unfortunately the new renovations/improvements (like the new scoreboard) are still in the process of being installed, so the park still looks slightly unfinished. I'll take some more photos soon after everything is completed and the season is in full-swing.

Thank you very much for doing that. Hopefully more people will step up and would be willing to contribute. I will be more than likely taking some of the Armada and Flyers place as well as a possible trip to Chico this season as well.
Thanks again!!

And for anybody else that's interested, here are a couple of the pictures from today...
Main diamond from beyond right field, which shows the outfield wall being installed (the field area in the immediate foreground is used mainly for soccer/football). The big white dome off in the distance is the Save-on-Foods Memorial Centre, home of Victoria's ECHL hockey team, the Salmon Kings
And here's the view from the main grandstand behind homeplate. The new video scoreboard in left field is yet to be installed.
You can see the rest at fisherholic's website...
