anthony kyle vs. Rashi Johnson and stuff
Well Anthony Kyle was just released by vermont. An Rashi Johnson is still undefeated. I tried to make this point earlier, but few would listen.
Now can somebody tell me why anthony kyle was really released? his numbers were not that bad. And he played in the D-league last season and Rashi played for Rockford in the PBL.
Vermont, needs to get a a ringer player and a tough guy. I think there current players must be a little soft. In spite of that, the schedule they have the rest of the way is not that hard and they could run the table actually.
Finally, rumor has it that Buffalo is reloading. If thats true, they could be a spoiler for teams. Stay tuned!

Buffalo reloading is pointless at this point - even if they run the table they're unlikely to make the play-offs.
Anthony Kyle seemed to be a bit too free flowing to work in the Wil Voigt basketball robot system. But yeah, Vermont need a guy who can take over in the fourth and trade baskets with the other team's best player. More than anything they need a way to score of something other than jump shots.
Does anyone honestly believe at this point that Rashi Johnson is not the best PG in the PBL? (or at least playing the best of any of the PGs in the league)

I think everybody listened, except for one Vermont fan. Actually, I don't think anybody needed to listen. Rashi Johnson is putting up insane numbers running one of the top teams in the league. Anthony Kyle put up OK numbers for Vermont who is currently just over .500. It seems pretty simple to me.
From what I saw of Kyle, he was completely mediocre. I am shocked that he played in the NBADL. Is that a fact?

It is a fact. But didn't do anything there. 13 minutes per game. Not sure how.

My take on the situation is he was outplayed by John Williams and is a little too careless with the basketball for a Voigt coached team. I would agree with chris that he isn't disciplined or defensive minded enough for our team. Ultimately he was probably (I'm guessing) making too much money to be a backup pg. So we brought in a 3rd string pg and a big man with D-league experience which we needed far more than a good back up pg. We also released Brandon "Black Hole" Cole who had some good games and some stinkers. Hopefully Smith will produce more consistently and be a better post defender than Cole was.

Anthony Kyle did have pretty good (not great) numbers. This was not why he was released. It was another matter......
You are right that Buffalo is reloading, but it is too late and they are only reloading a BB gun.

Kyle was the 2nd lowest paid of the 12 regulars. Brian M is lowest and is one of the 12 regulars since Fuqua keft. Cole was released because of issues with other players, mostly Plummer.

Rashi Johnson's team is undefeated. Rashi is not playing by himself.

My official position is Buffalo will spoil someone's playoff hopes with their reloaded bb gun roster. And no ... I am not saying Buffalo will make the playoffs.
