There's no way that Bobo can even be in the MVP discussion - his team has only won two games all season.
Other than that I think that the MVP race is sort of complicated. Millien has the stats and has been the centre piece for his team, but Augusta only have one good win all season (season opener against Rochester) other than that they've been beating up on weak teams and losing to good ones. If he can't at least keep them in the playoff race then I don't know if I'd give him the MVP award.
Sanders is gone to Venzuela so that knocks him out.
I haven't seen McGinnis but his stats don't indicate that he's doing all that much more than score. His rebounding numbers are good but not great and he's not blocking shots or getting steals or assists. Anyone who has seen him play have any thoughts?
Reaves is good, too. He's averaging a double double and chips in with two assists and a block and a steal per game. His team is also headed in the right direction.
But at the end of the day I think it is between Millien and Rashi Johnson. Johnson's team is undefeated and his statline is absolutely insane:
18.2 ppg
7.1 apg
5.2 rpg
2.9 spg
I'd give it to Johnson, it does suck that they won't play a single regular season game which will be webcast, though.

What about All-Stars? Maybe there could be an East squad, and then a best of the rest PBL All-Stars.

First of all, he is getting assists. He's kept up his scoring but has added defense this year and has truly been a leader on the court for the Dawgs. The problem with defense is that there isn't a good way to show it statistically. Still he is in the top of the league in scoring average and he is playing defense and his team is in the hunt for a playoff spot. Seems to me he deserves some consideration.

Reason: Slight change in reasoning.

I agree, but I vote for Millien. For me the MVP is the player whose absence from a good team would most significantly cripple them. Granted I have seen Millien in person twice and Johnson not at all, but I don't think we're even talking about Augusta without Millien.

Someone please throw some votes toward Joe Nixon or John Williams in Vermont, Desmond Ferguson or Al Stewart in Manchester, Rashi Johnson or Kenny Langhorne in Battle Creek, in addition to AJ Millien, James Mook Reaves, etc.
