And IIRC the IIFA this season.

This league (NIFL) is like a frickin' cockroach. You could throw a nuclear bomb at it and it would still survive

So I'd rather spend a quarter of an ABA franchise to repair my car, as opposed to spending a franchise and a half to get a new car that might have some planned obsolescence that causes it to break down 5 days after the end of the warranty period.

My point exactly. Right now the APFL is below last years NIFL and even the first year IIFA.

Not really. The APFL and IIFA share the same problems(cancelled games, road-only teams, etc.), but the APFL plays a slightly higher level of football. Both teams are far better than the disaster that was the NIFL last year. More than half those teams didn't even exist, and only four teams lasted to the end of the season.

Which is well over double the NIFL rate.

The difference between the APFL and NIFL - and I've been incredibly hard on the APFL for not doing what they can to improve - the APFL isn't telling people they're something they're not.

The NIFL was a total, complete, unbelievable farce of a league the last two years. The APFL, for all its faults, has had a fair run of success at the half-step-below-the-pro-leagues level the last few years.

Can I go out on a limb and say that the Drillers WILL win it all and then move to the IFL next yr, I want to see some more 80 point games. Go Blake.
