SAVANNAH GRIZZLIES ADDED TO FAST GROWING ABA SOUTHEAST DIVISION

Indianapolis, IN. The American Basketball Association (ABA) www.abalive.com today announced that it has added the Savannah Grizzlies to its fast growing Southeast Division. “We’re very pleased to be back in Savannah,” stated ABA CEO Joe Newman. “We’re very confident with the new ownership and feel that they will have an excellent organization and team.”

Aside from the name, location, and somewhat similar logo. Would one think Embry could have some sort of case for *stating trademark infringement here?

It just seems that something a bit more original could have been used with this franchise being so close by.

* - "Stating". As in I don't know if he has it trademarked (doubtful) or if he would have a "case". Because it would be difficult to put a price on exactly how much two same named teams in an area would take from his "profits".

IMO - Savannah hasn't tipped-off yet, but has already recorded a steal. As in, on the Gwizz brand....
