Looking for advise on forming a minor league basketball team

Mr. New Era mentions the Mavs but there has been no mention of them going anywhere. Especially at their former venue, Nutty Jerry's in Winnie TX, which is now an indoor playhouse with go carts, bumper cars, mini golf, etc.

Thanks Paul! I wish everyone was though. It reminds me of a funny line I always use from the Wizard of Oz --- "Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain!" Soooo many junior members that pop up out of no where with a "favorite team or league" of theirs.

My favorite was the record company guy from Alabama who didn't realize the IP Addresses were showing! He was straight up having a conversation with himself between two user ID's. Now that was hilarious! That had to be incredibly embarrassing!

Look gentleman if this is just a post for guys to talk on then let me know from what I heard osc was for people to get info about what is going on in the minor league basketball seen but I make one comment about teams that I watch play and newiflfan something is fishy about me? I do not know any of you guys I dont know your business background nor do I care I just asked a question about why didnt the top teams play in one league so let me address the people that addressed me. 1. Pappa John if you read my post sir I said my cousin played for the ND Vandals he told me in 2011 SETX was suppose to be joining the rebirth CBA thats why they left the aba the cba wanted the vandals also but they chose to play in the ABA still. I live in Texas so thats how I follow the team. Also if you seen the setx mavericks page on fb they had the cba logo on it nothing major sir its called reading. 2. Paul whats funny coming from you is you say its weird I seen so many minor league games but you guys comment on every league in the US so I should assume you seen alot of games too but since its in the convo I said everygame I seen if you a senior member be honest how many of these league games have you seen or you just comment on what you hear? Thats kinda fishy to me if I seen more games then the "Experts" I asked the senior members yesterday was this a forum-blog or discussion group for just media people to report on the minor league games or was it for fans to start post and reply and Sam Hill said anybody can comment on the post so I just replied on it didnt think it was that serious. I asked yesterday if anybody owned a team in one of the leagues nobody responded so who hiding?? I feel like this if you have owned a team why dont you anymore and if you havent owned a team how can you talk about somebody else until you step in their shoes really cant speak on anyone situation.

If you ask me I think some of you guys are a bunch of clowns from reading your post with no knowledge on hoops. Alot of you get info off sites because what you post I already read and you just change words around you say I am affiliated with somebody well what is my affiliation I been to alot of different league games I said the Pbl has the biggest fan base so am I with them? I said the NBL Canada did the best job from what I seen so am I with them? I said the IBA had the best talent am I with them. I said I like what the IBa is doing so I have a team in all these leagues?? Just because Im not a senior member dont mean I dont know basketball and just because I like watching minor league basketball and football games dont make me weird its something to do with my dad since he played overseas he respects minor league basketball. Other than talking bout leagues and people running teams how bout all you guys who think you have the answers create a league and show the other leagues how its done but that wont happen thats life its easier to talk down on someone then to pick them up. I could keep going but whats the point I will never see you you will never see me so the man behind the curtain thing applies to all not to one. If I wanted to talk to some clowns I will go to the circus thought youll was more professional.

Further credence to my thought that something seemed askew with this guy... one little, fairly innocent remark has set him off on a nonsensical tangent.

Seems like that's usually another one of the "tells" of somebody posting that isn't who they really proport to be.

If you want to be strait up I posted a comment to the forum not one single person you the one that said something was fishy about me I never said anything to you. Has anybody thats talking bout these leagues owned a team and if so why you no longer in operation and if you havent what are your credentials to comment on a league when most of you havent even seen a game in the league you talking about. @ Mr. New Era Basketball I am going to write this response in your language okay. I have not owned a basketball team in this league because that would be a big waste of time and a stupid investment because 95 plus percent of the teams fail within two years because the owners are vastly underqualified and simply do not have any cash above 10K they paid to Indy. I have attended games in this league that I talk about in four different states. I have gone to games in Kentucky and Tennessee and Arkansas and Mississippi.

I have a cousin played in the ABA and I never said anything bad about any of the leagues I said I went to the ABA final four and there was not a lot of fans other than that I have no affiliations I will say this again and hopefully people will leave it at this. I hope to see the top teams come together and form a nice AA basketball model. I would like the senior members in this group with so much knowledge to get the top teams together instead of every post saying aba,ibl,iba,pbl sucks and bashing these guys be apart of the solution not the problem but it dont seem like that will help because you guys take time out of your day to talk about people but never owned a team yourself maybe you would fail too maybe you wouldnt but until that day comes then I think there is no place to talk about the next man or woman. Just my opinion

My name is Jeff Kuntz.. I haven't really worked for a pro basketball TEAM but if you read my other posts you can see my background in sports sales, and I was on the Board of Directors of the UBFA.. a group that tried to do exactly what you're speaking of with the AA level of minor league basketball..

And there's others on here that make their name, role and identity known to all too!!
