And league ownership told the prospective teams looking to join the rebirth in 2010 you had better be willing and able to lose $1 mil per year or this wasn't the league for them to join. This is one of the reason several af2 teams wanting to join either folded or joined another Indoor League instead.

In regard to cincy-to-AFL:

Firstly the AFL would likely want cincy to move to us bank arena, which is way too expensive to rent. Then you have the ridiculous AFL ticket prices they would be expected to charge. No one is going to pay $50 to see a commandos game. And I'm sure league membership fees are really high too. Just seems very unlikely at this point.
