I like the back to back games. Teams that lose the first game try harder in the second game. Like baseball, shooters sometimes find their mark in the second game in the same manner as a hitter...

Don't know what you have against the D league?
This is Erie's 4th yr and each yr att has increased. We have a local owner and the Cavs wanted to buy him out. He said No Way and set up a new exclusive with the Knicks.
With tkts running from $10 to $85 /seat, I think its a great value and
they really put on a 1st class show.

Here in Erie, Pa we have quite a choice for sports.
Bayhawks -- Dleague Top shelf BktBall 4th yr
Seawolves -- AA eastern League Very good BB 16th yr
Otters -- Canadian Hockey League pretty good 15th yr
Explosion -- UIFL indoor FB so so 5th yr
Admirals -- Premier Soccer League so so 4th yr
Outlaws -- Outdoor FB needs help 2nd yr
Illusion -- Women's outdoor FB needs Help 6th yr
Blizzard -- Hockey on life support 1st yr
PLUS
5 colleges and all their related teams

All this supported from 280,000 metro area.

We should give D league a chance to prove themselves.. The way they making it now, playing back to back games to save on travel cost is a good step. Plus it pushes the team to give out their best efforts in the games..

I never understood why the PBL never did this... with out of the way locations like Lawton-Fort Still -- might as well play 2 games on back-to-back nights.
