Default All Native American Team in the ABA?

http://nativetimes.com/index.asp?act...rticle_id=4246 Check this out. It is a different idea, but too bad it will never happen because the ABA is a joke.

I agree. How can a player even afford, say, $50 in cash, let alone $175 by credit card?

Default The Actual Rule

I'm glad Albuquerque has a team. New Mexico is a great market and (to my knowledge) pretty much ignored by the rest of the sporting world.

My question is, exactly how are the rules worded regarding whom may play for this team? Do you have to prove Native American ancestry? Would such a rule not violate the Equal Opportunity Employment laws?
