Mark Rassell Scores 23 Seconds into Overtime as Idaho Takes a 1-0 Series Lead on Allen

BOISE, ID - The Idaho Steelheads erased two-goal deficits to come from behind as Mark Rassell provided the overtime winner 23 seconds into the extra session as Idaho won 6-5 in front of 4,711 fans at the Idaho Central Arena on Monday night. Idaho and Allen will square off for Game Two on Wednesday in Boise at 7:10 p.m. The Americans would take a 2-0 lead in first period receiving a goal from Colby McAuley at 7:34 and a five-on-three power-play score from Colin Jacobs at 13:51. Swamp Rabbits Answer Back in Game 2

GREENVILLE, S.C. - Tanner Eberle broke a deadlock in a wild third period to headline the Greenville Swamp Rabbits Game 2 win over the Orlando Solar Bears by a 4-2 score on Monday night. The win for the Swamp Rabbits splits the series at 1-1 heading into the next three games in Orlando this weekend. Both teams repeated Game 1 and skated scoreless through 20 minutes of play. Jacob Ingham manned the net again for Greenville and staved away only four shots on net, while Evan Fitzpatrick turned away 15 in the opening frame. Comets Win in OT, Sweep Wave, and Are on to Finals

INDEPENDENCE, MO. - The Comets (4-0-0) withstood a huge comeback by Milwaukee consisting of seven fourth quarter goals by the visitors, to defeat the Wave 8-7 in overtime to sweep the Eastern Conference Finals in front of 3,837 fans at Cable Dahmer Arena Monday night.
