Just got the news that Joe K got sentenced to 42 months in State prison.

I really wish my site were still online because this is MASSIVE news. A former Lahey of the Month doing time exactly 24 hours after his last day as reigning Lahey ended.

The question I have now is will there be an appeal and will Joe be gracing the OSC message board either out on bail or in the slammer? (I watch OZ, I know they get the net in jail... :P )

Here is the article in the Petosky newspaper. They actually almost doubled his minimum time served because of his criminal history.
