Zendon Hamilton is certainly worthy of a call-up, he has played just great. I would not be suprised to see Snap Hunter called up soon as well. He clearly has enough ability.

You would think Leon Smith would be the first big man called up but he has not played that well this season so far, in terms of dominance. he has decent numbers, but when I was watching the Dakota/Gary game on TV, I didn't even realize Leon was on the floor most of the time. He has not been an impact player yet.

So far, only guys with previous (and extensive) NBA experience have been called-up. I wonder if someone with only NBA summer league experience or NBA training camp experience will be called up this season.

Once again, I don't get it! You mean to tell me that a guard other than Jemeil Rich got the next call-up to the NBA?

I saw Anthony Goldwire play against the Steelheads a few weeks ago and I wasn't all that impressed. Maybe I got that impression because Yakima was deep into their losing streak and no one on their team was playing that well. Maybe so many call-ups come from Dakota and Yakima because these teams are recent CBA champions.

Is it my imagination or are more call-ups coming from the CBA than the NBA's own developmental league?

Remember Goldwire was called up twice last year ... I hate to say it but Rich's height will play a factor in being called up.

Unfortunately I have to agree. Height is an issue. It sucks that it is, but it is.

I just got done watching the TWolves beat the Blazers. More NBA teams should follow the TWolves in picking up CBA players as role players. Oliver Miller gave some excellent minutes and Anthony Goldwire looked great for his first game..... As far as other CBAers getting called up, I'm not too impressed with Ronnie Fields. Sure he is talented, but he is a scorer and I'm not sure if he would be a great role player in the NBA. Granted, last time I saw Ronnie play was last season, so maybe he will prove me wrong. I just don't see him as a role player on a NBA team and I don't think he is good enough to be a scorer in the NBA either.

I believe it's 5 to 2 so far, advantage CBA.

Now I'm convinced recent CBA championship teams attract the most NBA scouts.

...although Torraye Braggs has recent NBA experience.
