Talent pool for nj revs tryout

Anybody have any info on the talent that goes out for these tryouts? And what is it there looking for in guys? what drills do they do during the tryouts? just trying to get any info available. thanks

The Revolution have historically signed many many many more players from open tryouts than other teams. Some say that reflects in their record.
