92-89 to Minot. Some questionable calls down the stretch but hey they had their run.
Too bad, a Minot loss would have helped the Xplosion, who won their third straight tonight.

Great win for Minot! Who were the refs? Doesn't matter . . . Minot is a solid squad and were the bettors choice to be the team to take down the Yaks. Sounds like Apex may have relinquished control of the S'Rockets to a local investor group . . . . that's okay, no reason for alarm. Minot has a nice fan base - Joe and Apex did a really good job of "launching" and making the S'Rockets the success they are in Minot . . .. the Magic City . . . but the upcoming heightened involvement from community business leaders will ensure a real future for the CBA and pro ball in Western ND (Bis-Man isn't ''West'' as far as I'm concerned). Hats off to the SnowRockets . ... I mean the SkyBears . .. . er, the Minot team .... for knocking off the Champs..... hats off also to Joe and Apex for making a good run at things here on the prairie. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- remember . . . you heard it here first!!!
look to be a good crowd, from what I see on their webcasts. But when I read their articles they never give numbers like they used to. Does anyone know what their average is?

Before last night's game Yakama was drawing 3,169 per game. THat has likely gone up with a good gate last night of over 3,600. Minot is drawing 1,420 per game.

I've never seen full crowd shots on the webcasts, but from what I have seen the Sun Kings don't seem to be inflating the attendance numbers too much.

I just found out the news at work. I nearly yelled in upset. If we were able to pull this last win out, we could have made it 18-20 wins.
Oh well. Gotta knock down the hero once in a while.
According to Paul, they "stunk". I guess they just didn't have it in their hearts last night.
Viva la Sun Kings!
I watched a lot of that game on webcast. They could not hit a lot of free throws at key times.
