The SEHL in my opinion is now a thing of the past. I don't see how this league can go forward with 2 teams, and the Alabama franchise is doing nothing to increase the chances they will ever suit a team up. It is about time that these rubberband leagues come to a halt. Most of these teams are the toys of rich businessmen who want write offs on their taxes to cover the profits of their income generating business. If you check team ownerships, you wil see that 95% of these small league owners own a big corporation, and need a write off, these losing leagues and teams give them that break. That's my opinion, what's yours?]

What I do not understand is why they can not make an anouncement instead of leaving fans up in the air
I agree with you on the tax break, wouldn't surprise me a bit.
guess money has no heart, huh??

They can't announce anything because of contracts they have in place (as few as it may be). You have to be forced out of a league by NON-REVENUE circumstances. They will cease the league operation when they are forced to by a court. That way they walk away free of any binding contracts because a court dissolved them, and they didn't willfully pull the plug.
