IHA- what happened to Buffalo, Joe K?

What happened to the Buffalo minor league hockey concept? I just read a news release on here that the nominal owner of the Buffalo team has now started a new league.

Is his Buffalo Stampede team going to be in this league?

If not, what happened?

The old Buffalo web site that guy put up points you to the iha web site.

You'd think it would help people take the iha seriously if the Buffalo situation were fully explained by the supposed Buffalo owner/IHA president, but who would expect that type of rational thought, right? :roll:

Buffalo is a no go. Yhe rest of the team are probably the same. If you look at their draft it has four or five players listed, and an incomplete schedule. A tryout was to happen the 17th but thar probably was a joke. And if you look at the tix sales info on paypal it all goes to the same account. That of Joe K. Why if the teams have owners, is all the contact info that of Joe K. ? Does that smell right. You can look at his history and crimes on several websites, or goggle him and read. It's all preaty interesting.

Yeah once he got arrested he left town with his tail between his legs not to be heard from again. Wonder who he will blame that one on.

Well, I guess that clears that matter up eh? So now he wants the fans to send him money for tickets for another league start up. Got to give it to him, he has what most people don't (fill in the blank with your own words). This surprises me, I have talked to Joe, and he did fool me, and I have been around for over a half a century and I have talked to many league presidents, commissioners, and CEO's in my time.

When you have been conning and scamming for as long as he has you tend to get very good at it. 14 yrs of being bubbas boyfriend sounds like a good punishment to me.

Well said. I'm glad to know that next year he will be off to jail, to ba it wasn't sooner. Like before he conned me into moving 2400 miles away for a job and team and are in the toilet. Hey Joe!!! What goes around comes around!!!!!

He will be in jail within a couple of weeks. They will give him time to get his life sorted out for his long vacation. 1 piece of advice Joe.......don't drop the soap.

Yes I do. I have been trying to get control of it since the stolen logos appeared and he was putting them on it as the webmaster. I changed the ftp password and he changed it back. So my only other option was to transfer it to a new server which I did a few days ago. Then Joe lashed out sending me a cease and desist email which was probably a copy of one he had sent to him since it said something about Obscene phone calls in D.C. In my reply to it I then exposed him to everyone he is involved with about him pleading guilty to the fraud charges (which I stupidly trusted his story about at the time) and had to bargain so he wouldn't go away for life for a 4th time felony violation in a 3 strikes and you are out state. I let them know the truth of everything he has been doing. therealstory and so far bhboyz2000 are Joe trying to get even with me before he goes to prison. He has been doing it on every message board he can get to under many different assumed names acting like he is different people sticking up for Joe or bashing me. 4thechief can back me on everything I have been saying. The thing Joe doesn't realize is that I can prove so much against him from saved emails and instant messages dating back to January when we first started talking. He is picking a battle that he can't win. Even if he could the only prize he has is boasting about it to his prison mates.
