Where will the MLL expand to in the near future?

Best guess would be Seattle and a couple other cities in the US Northwest. Personally, I would like to see some teams in Canada as well. I would put teams in:
Toronto
Hamilton
Vancouver
Victoria
Calgary
Saskatoon
and another in an OLA city and one in another BCALA (I think that's the abbreviation) city.
