Just saw on TV that El Paso is moving to Springfield.

Bummer.

I loved the atmosphere at Cohen stadium

Hopefully, the CBL will come in now, as opposed to the SWBL and it's bunch of lies.

In the articles they talk about Triple A coming to cohen?

My guess is that is Las Vegas trying to use them as leverage, as El Paso is classified as a AA city by Minor League baseball, and would have to reclassify themselves in order do this. It's not impossible, as Round Rock will do it next year, but....it's usually reserved for teams that do as well as Round Rock has.


Hopefully, Jim Paul will come in with a CBL team...that would be the best thing for the city.
