(1) My post on camps was not meant to bring into question camps that are run by teams. I do view these camps as legit, and will not question the motives of the teams that run them.
Fact is that players are guaranteed a chance to be seen. Now, if they are not good or out of shape that is their problem, not the teams.
(2) My post was meant to question the motives and purposes of non-team camps that don't provide a direct benefit to players, ie. traveling teams, etc. That is not to say that if these camps do offer these services that they will be fully legit. However, the offering of these services, and the actual providing of these services after the camp, would be sufficient.
(3) It was brought to my attention that I may have angered someone that I hold dear in a previous post. NSF, I was not trying to be mean when I questioned your post about players that were offered contracts by Gary. I was just riding you a little. If you took it as anything but, I am sorry!
