Who would be the best spring league IBL,WBA or the USBL

Given the returns of the WBA and the USBL are highly questionable, I'd say IBL.

Too bad they don't have a southeast division. Closest team is in W. Tennessee.

The IBL is the best Spring league with out a doubt. The WBA and USBL are dead or almost dead. The IBL has solid ownership and a very good commissioner. When the ABA kicks the bucket this year I think the PBL, CBA and IBL will be three very solid minor leagues.
