The NIFL have been quiet... too quiet...

I know it is wishful thinking to imagine the beast truly dead... but are there ANY teams out there making noise like they might actually play in this league next season?

And I don't mean announcements from the league front office...

The only teams that have been "announced" are the league-owned teams from last year. Few of them actually played any games. Fewer played any home games. None were still playing at the end of the season.
