Looks like the Chicago owner will have two seperate teams. One in the semi pro league ABA and one in the new PBL. Its amazing that Joe hasnt 'suspended" the Chicago Cometas ABA for associating with Doyle's league. WOnder which team will be the first not have another team show up?

Wasn't there a co-owner of both an ABA and WBA team? Didn't the problems with the WBA really escalate when that person got arrested?

to be honest, i'm not getting this........hedging bets? seems crazy to me. this guy needs to pick a league. of course, chicago is bigger than many states, so perhaps it can work there.

The Texas Tycoons played in both ABA and WBA this past year. They are listed in the ABA again so it doesn't look like there was a problem there. There was no overlap between the seasons so it worked out like Albany tried in the CBA and USBL.The Tycoons seem to have their act together somewhat, although it doesn't look like they are quite sure whom they will be playing on their home dates.
