The Spirit is the best part of living in Lynn, Mass. on the North Shore and it's being taken away from us. We love the Spirit. I'm just a kid but I want to help find a way to keep the team in Lynn. I'm so sad thinking I won't be able to go to any Spirit games next summer. It makes me want to cry. . I am 9 and have been going to games since I was 4. It'll be so sad for the kids that won't have anything to do. I'll miss going to the games with all my friends and seeing the new friends I made at the ballpark.

and you'll see why the Spirit is so important to us kids. I have 447 signatures. I got 209 signatures on the Internet but I want a million. I got 238 signatures on paper that I got by talking to people.
My only teams are North Shore Spirit and the Red Sox. People wouldn't think it was no big deal if the Red Sox stopped playing and quit Fenway. People wouldn't just go pick another team to cheer for and I won't do that to the Spirit. I grew up at Spirit games at Fraser Field and made a lot of friends there. Nick Lopardo posted a letter on the North Shore Spirit Website saying the team won't be back but I'M NOT GIVING UP .. We have to save our team! Spirit games are the best and us kids love everyone there. We'll all be so sad if they don't come back next year. Kids in Lynn won't have anything fun to do and we all made lots of good friends at the games. The mayor won't answer my emails but a lot of people sent me nice emails and signed my petition. PLEASE ask everyone you know to sign it ASAP so I take the signatures to the mayor and Spirit next week.

Be sure to check out my blog and I have a video on there of my at the last game when I was one of the #1 fans and Nick Lopardo gave me a Spirit recliner chair. I don't have it yet though. I think its because of the mayor. Hw won't let the Spirit take stuff out of Fraser Field. It was in the newspaper.
