A1- I have no doubt that you had the results that you say. I, for one, am curious as to which teams you called. As I stated in a previous post, with our team, there is a voice mail system and when the extension of the person you are trying to reach is punched in from the menu, you will receive their answering machine if they are out or on the phone.

To reach a private residence; disconnected or wrong number is not good. No excuses. Not sure of ticket price - pretty lame. And being on hold a long time may have many reasons for it, but one could also be the person was scrambling looking for a memo. Also not good.

Ticket prices and sales at this juncture on the calendar should be a no-brainer. These are more of the problems that need to be fixed now. Until then, there will be much more negative to speak about here than positive.
