Did this thing even happen? After all of that talk and a "secret location" nothing has been reported by any news source since.

I think it is now pretty safe to declare the iihl legally 'dead' at this point.

The press conference did happen, and there was actually some members of the press there. All the parties that were suppoed to show up did in fact show up. Enough questions were answered so that the idea of a team in Athens isn't dead just yet, but with some big unanswered questions there's still a long way to go.
