The Official Shockwave game jerseys (i.e. the ones the players played in) are now on auction on ebay (http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZsandiegoshockwave)
Our website, www.sandiegoshockwave.com (http://www.sandiegoshockwave.com/index.php) also has some updated info about the team.
Happy bidding.

does anyone know if any of the Shockwave players are playing anywhere else for this year?... Rico Curtis, Chris Pittman, Matt Pound or any of the other members?

I don't see the ebay auction up yet. Good luck to the Shockwave going forward!

When looking at the waves website about info for next year i noticed that their vp of public relations is none other than Jamie LaMunyon, Is this not the lady who refused to pay her players while owning a team in the NIFL.. Not sure she would be my first pick for PR....

To quote her directly, she fired all of her players because they were "being silly."
This is the same woman that brought the Oklahoma Crude (who became the Renegades) to Rome,Ga. in '05 and put them in an impossible position in a 1,800 seat arena. After she pawned that mess off, she moved on to Montgomery, Alabama and started the Maulers only 2 weeks before the start of the '05 season.....The Maulers were later bought by the AIFA brass, but were unsalvagable. In '06 there was another abortion of a team in Chattanooga, Tennesee called the "Riversharks," which ceased operations mid-season, and totally burned another perfectly good market.
All of her teams were in the NIFL, which should immediately raise a red flag.
Any team that has her on staff must be really hurting for help.
