Rumors are that it's Vancouver or Cincinatti and Florida has been rumored to be Tallhassee or Miami.

As of now Halifax,Detroit,Dallas,Quebec,Florida are the only teams locked.Both hamilton and toronto still do not have any lease and there is a very small chance hamilton will take part in 2004-2005 season.

Out of curiosity has the WHA signed anybody from their draft yet? My buddy told me he heard Heatley signed with (he said Hamilton, but I assume he misheard) Detroit. Anybody know for sure?
