It appears the Maryland Nighthawks have signed two humans and a dwelling place to the team's roster. It will be interesting to see how that combination works on the floor. :roll:

The Maryland press release looks fine to me...okay, okay! I won't go there. LOL.
Maryland, like Gwinnett, should hire a public relations director to 'clear' all press releases. I'm assuming neither has hired someone to handle public relations yet. This yet to be hired public relations director could be responsible for emailing box scores to media outlets once the season starts. Well worth the salary if the beforementioned franchises want credibility.
Of course, this means they would have to hire game-day staff to work the scorer's table to generate box scores.

Ken, I agree. In fact, I think one of the first positions that should be filled by any franchise is PR director. Until a team is actually assembled and games are played, the PR director and his/her professionalism are likely to be one of, if not the largest factors, in the media and then the public accepting any new team as something worth devoting time, and in the case of fans, money to.
