Is there other person who works for the NIFL that I could e-mail besides Cleveland Gary? If so could you give me his e-mail, I would really appreciate it, Because I have e-mailed Cleveland many times and he never gets back to me, is his e-mail clevegary@niflfootball.com?

Go Wyo!

Try this link....just when you thought it was safe to go back into the real world. He's back and better than ever.

Maybe you can email him at one of his companies, or better yet, inquire into buying a NIFL franchise and he will get right back to you. Write him the same kind of check he wrote all of the players and venues in the 2007 season.

Go back to your hair growth endorsement deal and leave indoor football alone!

I've been away from the board for a while. What is the story about CA?

Do you think if I e-mail him a city where I think an NIFL team would work, do you think he would put a team there or find someone to own a team there?

The NIFL will not work anywhere, so how could you have a city where it will work? Even if the team is legit, there are not enough legit teams in the NIFL for them to play. It only ends up pissing off fans of the city( Ask San Diego, Wyoming, and Fayetviile) and possibly burning another market that may have had a chance. How many times does the NIFL need to implode before New teams quit making the mistake so many did before them?

You do not want the NIFL to come to town. It is below the ABA in legitimacy at this point. I suggest you read the threads on this board, do some additional research.

PS...running a Professional Sports team on the cheap never works. So if you consider the NIFL the only affordable option, abandon your dream of a football team now.

If I told Cleveland Gary about where I live and where an NIFL team could play here, do you think he would put a team here? If a NIFL team would come to my hometown with an owner that is not Cleveland. I think Indoor Football would last in my town if the team moved to a new league the next year. Not many people in my town have even heard of Indoor Football, so if the owner of an NIFL team in my hometown would be local, then I think an NIFL team could be here without Cleveland being the Owner.

1) If your arena is at all legit, the NIFL probably wouldn't be able to get a lease.
2) Even if your team would be legit, it's opponents would not show up, not be legit, or be scrubs that would get blown out.
3) The first postponed game would be deadly for your new team (and that's a when, not an if thing). It wouldn't last long enough to shift leagues.
4) Even if you make it through the year, don't count on getting a cut rate from another league to jump.

In short...THIS....WON'T....WORK.
