Woo Hoo!

After the sad demise of the old IFL Skyhawks and being jilted by the AF2, it is exciting news to hear that Indoor Football is returning to Dayton, Ohio.

Yes, don't forget to check out the background of the new owners. Not to mention that they officially don't have a team yet. It's rare that the NIFL turns down an ownership groups cash, but many things can happen before the season starts in March.

Hey, I hear you. I know that fans have been burned again and again by promises of minor league sports teams. It's a risky business...

However, I have been in contact with the owner, and things are actually further along than the press release suggests. We'll see more news soon.

I'm going to do what I can as a fan to help this venture succeed, with my eyes wide open... :shock: :D

I am sure I will get to Columbus to see a game or two. But it is 90 minutes away from home. This team is in my back yard. So this is where I will be focusing my fan organization activities. I'll let the guys in Columbus form their own fan club...

I'm also a big fan of the Indiana Firebirds, and to be honest, I have more fun at their games.

There you are. I wondered where you had disappeared... I missed the news of your move to AZ.

When will get this arena? Hope you have a team again soon.

I spent the last weekend and the Dayton Air Show with the Warbirds owner. I gathered dozens of names for the new Fan Club that I will organize. There's a lot of interest in Indoor Football in Dayton.
