Will Sussex even have a team next year? Their attendance could even be worse then what the Atlantic City Surf are drawing...
It's a shame what's happening at Skylands Park. In the good old days, the NJ Cards used to pack that place...
And, Skylands is still better today then the ballpark where the Oneonta Tigers of the NY-Penn League play

yes, the skyhawks will have a 2008 season, at the last game they were handing out surveys, asking fans about, how the promotions were, what new concessions there should be, other ballpark improvements, questions like what do you believe will help draw a larger crowd, as i had put, a more winning team and the signing of some former mlb prospects or veterans. the other thing they asked is how they could get people to come to the stadium during skyhawks away series, i mentioned having concerts to make more money. oh yeah and as of august 25th, the skyhawks have 95,600 attendance and the surf have 91,400, so the skyhawks are doing better. they are up about 10,000 more fans total than last year. on another note is their any plans of expansion for the can am league for 2008, any new team talks, i hope because that means that their are more home games for the skyhawks.

The North Shore Spirit were handing out the same fans survey in late-August too and last week they laid claim to all their players only to fold up this week.
