Does anyone have any information why Yuma's leading hitter Michael Goss
was suspended by the team.??
It seems strange.. right when they were going to make a run at LB for the
2nd Half title.

Also suspended by St. George was former SF Giant Juan Melo..weird with just a week left in the GBL season..

Melo was suspended for his actions during the 8-18 game vs. Long Beach. He tried to rush the Armada dugout after having a verbal confrontation with someone from the Armada. Melo also ran to the SG dugout and attempted to get a bat.

His actions were inappropriate and will not be tolerated by the club. He did not travel with the team on the current road trip to OC.

Goss was suspended for conduct detrimental to the team by Marshall. It had been a bit of an on-going thing this year but Mike (Marshall) finally had enough.
