After all the hype over the past few weeks about the amazing 7'4'' John Flippen, he was released last week without even making it to a training camp.

I sort of miss not seeing the full-blown press release announcing it. What gives?? :roll: :wink:

From talking with Gwizzlies owner Embry Malone, this was due mainly to visions of NBA stardom from his agent. :roll:
