The UIF will lose its division on the east.It will become fact, when lexington,Bloomington leave for the af2,while ohio valley folds. With a troubled Omaha probably leaving ;spells trouble for the eastern side of the uif. This premier league will be down to 6 teams....... maybe 5.The aifa is blowing up as we speak: Baltimore,Danville,Mississippi,Tallahasee,Johnstow n,Montgomery ....WOW. Whats next? The cifl lost Port Huron,Springfield,Stuebenville,Summit County..so far.The lesson for us to learn......all leagues in indoor are having problems with teams or vice-versa.

1. Mississippi is not going anywhere.
2. Ohio Valley has been rumored to go AIFA...but could more likely fold...
3. Johnstown is returning last time I checked.
4. The WIFL seems to have a bright future. Tallahassee is already in, and more teams could be coming soon.

Stay tuned...Really wish the PIFL woulda told the truth and come into play this year!

And just who told you this was happening
that is credible ?

Or did you read it on another message board
and accept it as fact ?

just curious. :)

Crusher, all you keep posting about is the greatness of the UIF.Lets face it,like all leagues, they are having their share of problems. You keep bringing out how great the league is yet:only one team has won its championship;teams are leaving as fast as they are coming;Dakota has cut the intiation franchise fee down to 50,000;and finally the uif will be down to 6 teams next year.Keep saying how great this league is then maybe you will convince yourself of it.

earth to Blanketman , I posted a simple set
of 2 questions. No where in my post
did deify United Indoor Football as you claim.
And no where have I ever posted UIF does
not have problems.

so I'll ask again........

And just who told you this was happening that is credible ?

Or did you read it on another message board
and accept it as fact ?

just curious :)

Crusher, all of your posts seem to downgrade everyones rumors/information about the UIF and the other leagues. Yes, lots of things on this message board are just that, gossip and rumors. Many of these rumors will be wrong, but some of it will be right. I am a true fan of indoor football and as many of us, we dream to have ONE great and powerful league that will stand the test of time. I love some of the organizations in the UIF, but I also love some of the teams from other leagues. I wish and I state this as a wish, all of the solid organizations would put the egos aside and create a better tomorrow for the sport. Then all of the mediocre and poor organizations could pull together and make a sub-par league of their own. That is also good for the sport because the dream of football is so great. There is enough territory to go around. Just as the NFL, CFL, and AFL can co-exist, so can a few leagues of indoor football.

So as you stated Crusher, and I think about and investigate all that I hear, this is a fans message board. We are all fans and we hear rumors from different places. Some are factual and some are rumors. We all have prejudices and biases for our own personal reasons, but we should all be able to throw ideas around without one person always pretending that they are right. Now, you have called me out to be exit322 and now malepig, and unfortunately you are way off based. You talk about hiding behind these message board names, but you hide behind your name as well. If you would like to know who I am, I would like to know who you are. Send me a private message and we can discuss the real persons behind the name. If not, no problem, but it gets a little bothersome that you think you know it all. We all realize that you are behind the UIF 100%. You are obviously a great fan to your desired league, but we all have our own opinions and our own favorites.

But he's not saying he knows it all. Asking for your source or even some corroborating evidence is a much different thing.

As an aside, I don't think we need one powerful league in order for the sport to work. In fact, that might be harmful. What we need is for the leagues and personalities now in the game to work together on some level.

something just dawned on me.

Note the similarities here.

Not just the rambling on and on and on ad nauseum style.

But the way both posts begin with
virtually the same flow and remarkably similar wording.

The amazing thing is Indoor Fan appears to be responding
to questions directed towards Blanketman.

Even preeths in his infinite wisdom gets their
similar style confused and says...

Oh that silly cRUSHer.
Everyone knows the gestation period
for rumor, educated (or not) guesswork
and innuendo is roughly 5-7 weeks.

If cRUSH would have paid attention in class,
he'd have known it's right there in his
Indoor Football 101 primer. Chapter 8,
page 152. under the section "<Removed by admin> &
Opinions - We All got One."

to do with one another ???

If I had a dollar for everytime I heard that....

Well lets just say I'd have enough to run a fairly successful indoor football team. One that was able to pay all the bills and afford advertising.
