What does any of that have to do with Kubiak getting canned? That team could have won 9 games without a coach. They have that much talent.

I'm sure there was plenty more involved than just the team's record.

Don't get me wrong, I think he's a pretty good coach. But that's not the whole story. Teams fire coaches all the time. Why is that a joke? I think it actually says a lot for the organiation whether the decision was a good one or not. It says the ownership group is willing to shake things up even after an 11-3 season if it feels there's room for improvement. Who knows? It could easily backfire.

Remember what happened the last time a coach was let go when they had an 8-2 recored?What was his name...oh yeh Dennis Greco.He was fired because of a fight with his wife or something.What did his replacement do?How did the raiders finish?

Greco wasn't fired, he resigned on his own.
