Why hasn't the NFL started a league in Mexico? It seems strange that they wouldn't have their feeder league play closer to home in Mexico. Most of the National Players in NFL Europe are Mexicans anyhow. If NFL Europe dies or becomes NFL Germany, I propose the NFL start a second league in Mexico. If the American Bowl they ran in Estadio Azteca in Mexico City was any indication, it could be supported. Besides NFL Europe shows that the NFL is willing to let their feeder league die a slow death anyhow.
