Mr. Robert Garth AKA "Superman" is one of two finalists for the AF2 Ironman of the Year award for the 2007 season. Consider Superman's individual statistics (as of 7/23):
Garth has played WR, DE, LB, & QB!
WR: 70 rec. - 891 yds. - 24 TD (63.6 yds/game)
DE: TFL (tackles for loss) 6 for -35 yds, 3.5 sacks
LB: 20 tackles, 5 pass br.ups, 2 INT, 2 FF, 2 F. rec
QB: 8/15 1 pass TD, 1 INT, 2 rush TD
*Comparing the two finalists: Mr. Jack Walker Jr. of Quad City has had a fine season, however he has done the majority of his damage as a WR/DB. Mr. Garth has played 4 different positions, and has done damage at each. He has some of the best hands in the league, and is the heart and soul of the TC Fever. While Walker Jr. has been perhaps more effective on the offensive side of the ball, Superman has been a menace on both sides of the ball, and has been there to play whatever position his team needs him to. If possible, I have no doubt that Superman could probably come in and nail a field goal if we needed him to! Superman deserves to be named AF2 Ironman of the Year!!
