Looks like the ABA Map is getting a little smaller.

http://www.oursportscentral.com/services/maps/smallmap.php?l_id=64

Just think ...

NBA (1st Division)
NBADL (1A)

If California and Texas had their own individual Minor League set-ups (2nd, 3rd, 4th Divisions) ...

And the SEC & ACC states had their own Minor League set-up (2nd Div)

And the PBL solidified their target markets (2nd Div) ...

And the CBA solidified their target markets (2nd Div) ...

And the IBL solidified their target markets (2nd/3rd Div) ...

Then, add in a couple Minor League "Developmental/Instructional" Leagues (3 Div, 4th Div)

And ... POOF ... No more ABA?

All those 2008-2009 ABA Expansion Teams may need to start thinking about a future in another league ...

Providence
California (Ventura) Eagles
Alexandria Wind Jammers
Brooklyn Comets
Corpus Christi, TX
Lawton, OK
Tampa Bay
Southern Alabama Bounce
Twin City Sidney Ballers
Waco Wranglers
Shreveport-Bossier Stallions
Phoenix Phantoms
Philadelphia Sounds
Winston-Salem
Santa Fe
Baltimore Bay Lions

I think the ABA is the "cockroach league" (you could throw a nuclear bomb at it but it won't die)

(Removed by moderator) we all know that collectively between you and all the other teams you have a bank account of negative $500. How can the league sustain on that?

Also, how long can you keep stealing from the Salute Fund until I bag you?
