Neither Fayetteville nor Wyoming are NIFL teams, and San Diego appears to be. The two entities won't be playing a game anytime soon, unless San Diego joins whatever league Wyoming goes to - or the AIFA (Fayetteville). Get a grip, move on, and hope your owner has the brains and cash to join a real league.

I feel sorry for the San Diego fans that supported there team, because
of the way things worked out, but it all falls on to the owner.
The owner buys the team, and chooses what league that want to be a part of. The league was a sham from the start. The UIF teams were smart enough
to see this and jump ship. There were plenty of bad signs last year that this league was going down the tubes. WHat has happened, is two owners decide
to make the best decision for there team and play each other, which was
a success. They dont have to answer to any other teams or owners about'
there decisions. Im sure the thugs witht he NIFL will try to put a championship
game together for San Diego because they see a way to make some money, nothing more. If I were the san Diego owner, Id be done with the season
and try to join the AF2 or UIF. I would not have anything to do with
the NIFL what so ever. The NIFL want in the pockets of the San Diego fans
and I would not allow it, the NIFL has put them through enough this year

Unless I'm wrong here I believe that the Shockwave as most expansion teams had signed a two year agreement to enter the NIFL. So with that said I believe they still are in this league. I'm not sure as to what deal or contract that Wyoming has or had. Maybe someone can fill us in on that matter.

Until we all have the true answers about what contract was signed by the club you can't say that they should jump ship to another league.
Personally I wish they would, but that's just my opinion.

If they signed a 2 year agreement, I fell really bad for them. They are better
off changing the team name and starting over. The only catch will be
if the league contract has a clause that if the team folds that the NIFL
takes over the lease. But I can also see some lawsuits coming against
the NIFL with could help desolve the lease agreement.

I would guess that all those contracts have been broken by the league.

Agreed. I believe it would be very easy for S.D. ownership to show breach of contract by the league - through omission to act and maintain the league owned teams that were promised to be the majority of S.D.'s competition.
I think this is a non-issue

According to the Guard owner, both teams were sent letters kicking them out of the NIFL. If that truly is the case, CG & CS have no basis for a lawsuit......

As Paul alluded to earlier...
I do not believe that CG & CS would have grounds to sue ANYONE considering their inability to fulfill their end of the contracts... I honestly cannot imagine they would want a judge looking closely at how they have run this league...

Now you do know..You are talking about CS and CG.. LOL I would love for them to take someone to court. And I can't imagine that Mr Sprowls would or should be worried about that. A league that started with 24 teams and ends up with 3 or 4 is definately a reflection of poor league leadership. I would welcome a lawsuit if I were any of the remaining teams. The NIFL has nothing but losses in that league.

Because it is offensive. Remember, this is a PG-13 board. Keep up the offensive language and you will find yourself on vacation from the boards. If you have any questions, refer to the posting standards, PM me, or IM me on AOL at Zonker001. If I do not respond, I may be on the air and will get back to you when I can.
