Again for the 5th year, there is NO screening process of potential owners.
HAve the cash you are in.....thats it.
If you look back just 3 years look at the list of owners in the ABA with serious records.
I sat there in Indy in April with about 24 owners at the ABA meeting and JOJO said to the RGV owner, "we will start the screening process today with you" This was in response to the RGV owner asking Joe, We have been around for a year and no one has screened us.
and for the owners to screen each other as was suggested, think twice if you have the legal right ot do that.
