Antone Jarrell scored 68 points Saturday night as the Salem Stampede clinched the International Basketball League's Western Conference regular-season title with a 178-157 victory against the Central Oregon Hotshots at McKay High School.

There is a typo. Salem clinched the IBL Southwestern Conference.

Everett Explosion won the West Conference.
