league merchandise

Has anyone seen much league merchandise out there? Not just the teams but, the SCL itself.

I saw some "Rivalry Series" T-Shirts at the Macon-South Georgia series last weekend but that's it.

I think that the SCL logo is "cool".Put that logo on hats and shirts with team logos.Push the whole league as a product.
Would love to see bumper stickers all over Macon with Music and SCL logos.

As far as bumper stickers go, it would probably be worth their while to give them away free at gas stations etc. It would immediately increase their visibility in the community.

Some SCL Logo hats would sure be cool...
I'll put my money where my mouth is: If the league will start selling wool blend, fitted hats, I'll commit to buying one (as long as it is less than $30:rolleyes: )

I made my first trip to a Macon Music game last night and of course, I made a trip to the Souvineer "stand".

:) Thumbs-up for selling:
1. game used cracked bats.
2. all three styles of Music hats (adjustable)
3. kids shirts with the mascot "Kazoo" on them
4. a wide variety of fitted game hats
5. Rivalry shirts for Music vs. Peanuts
6. Pennants
7. T-shirts


:( Thumbs down for not having/selling:
1. minature logo bats (sold-out)
2. logo baseballs (sold-out)
3. small variety in clothing
4. No jerseys or replica jerseys
5. No small items (goodies, trinkets) i.e. keychains, licence plates, cups, toys, stickers, patch's, etc.
6. No league merchandise

I might purchase a wool hat for a momento, but it is TOO HOT to wear during baseball season! LOL!


What kinds of merchandise do the other teams sell?

Why can't we buy team merchandise on-line? :confused: I would like to get pennants or logo balls for all 6 teams.....

I think you can get any team specific merchandise by calling the team office.
I know you can get any of the Anderson Joes stuff by calling 864-225-7500.
In addition to the mini bats and balls, they have hats and t-shirts. No "official" jerseys yet, but I will definiately buy one of the Joes throwback jerseys as long as they keep the price reasonable.

I stopped by the Music's souvineer "table" last night before the game. I wanted to get a logo baseball, but they were sold out....again. They did have the small souvineer logo bats this time though.

The selection was even smaller this time. A small selection of fitted hats, only 1 kind of adjustable hat. Sold out of pennants and logo baseballs. And a very small selection of t-shirts.

My biggest "gripe" is the lack of souvineers and selection available at the game and the lack of internet purchasing.:mad:

I know you don't want to tie up money buying stuff that might not sell, but if you don't have it, you can't sell it.

What is the selection like at the other parks?

the joes was low until a few games ago but now its come back up with a lot more selection.
