Well so far we have:
Rochester Razorsharks
Maryland Nighthawks
Wilmington SeaDawgs
Reading Railers
Dallas ?
Conneticut ?

and possible the next few to join according to a1 are:

Buffalo SkyHooks
Syracuse Slam
Jacksonville Fastbreakers or Breakers

I think the next teams to pop up will be mid-west or west or central united states like to go along with that Dallas team

but as for Rochester and Reading and Conneticut can be in a division with Buffalo and Syracuse and Maryland and Wilmington can be with Jacksonville and then 2 more expansion teams to complete this division, maybe one in the Virginas, or Carolinas

Why would Wilmington, NC and Jax be in the same division with Connecticut.

Conn should be with Roch, Reading, Buffalo and Syracuse.

Those 4 are closer to Wilm and Jax then Conn is. That alignment doesn't make sense.
