With the USBL down to six teams does it make sense for the IBL and USBL to merge? Maybe throw in the WBA and have one solid spring-summer league?

Not sure what benefit this would be to the IBL. They could wait until the USBL goes under and then start up in those markets or just fold the remaining clubs into it.

Agreed. I am sure the IBL would welcome Dodge City, Gary, et al. with open arms.

Gary was a USBL team. Gary is joining the IBL...still waiting on the announcement though.

Certainly would be nice to see Dodge City and Salina in the IBL as well.

Great move by the IBL to get Gary to join. The IBL does things the right way. It starts with Mikal Duilio-he is a very good commissioner. With the USBL and WBA on their last legs, the IBL is THE spring/summer league.
