Playoffs?

Does anybody have any insight on how the playoffs work in the IBL. Is it the tops 2 teams in each conference or is it just the top team?

This year all teams are invited....one tourney on the west coast and one on the East (I think Portland and Elkhart, but not too sure on that)..the teams that committ to play are then seeded depending on their record.
