Score was 58-20. Was never close.....Missouri was without a couple of their players including OJ Simpson. Lots of Koyote fans showed up. Overheard one of the Minutemen say "Gosh a lot of Koyotes came in from Topeka!" Koyote players were appreciative of their fans, thanking them after the game.

Minutemen seemed uncertain most of the game (most of the time they had a hard time getting 8 men out on the field!!). Roberson finally got into a rhythm late in the 4th quarter, but by then it was over with. Positive thing of the game was no one got a personal foul called on them and no one got ejected. I think the worse penalty was pass interference on the offense (Minutemen). Minutemen had a few calls go their way - had an extra down & got a TD when their player was out of bounds.

Had a blast....Topeka fans need to know they are spoiled by having an arena. Friends who were with me were shocked as to where the game was.

No it isn't THE OJ. I remember the first time Missouri came to the Expo last year and they announced OJ as the receiver. Everyone chuckled and it took a while after his many receptions to not chuckle when he was mentioned.

OJ is the "bomb"...literally. Haven't seen a defensive back he can't burn yet. It is a wonder as to why he isn't playing college ball or in the AFL somewhere. Lots of speed, excellent hands, and can get open in a crowd. Someday, someone is going to finally notice this guy.

Kinda wonder why he wasn't there last night playing....especially because of who the Minutemen were playing.
