Basketball Summit in USA

I like to propose an idea of a 3 1/2 Day Basketball Summit to be held in the USA either on the West Coast or East Coast.

Without going into all the details about an agenda ...

The IDEA would be to "Talk about Basketball in the Americas!"

One focus of the Summit, would be for the semi-pro basketball problem in the United States to be straightened out - ASAP.

It's time for all minor-league CEO's, Presidents, Executives, etc ... to get together and map this thing out and come to some agreement about what is best for minor-league basketball!

There is not one semi-pro league in the USA that is running at 100% efficiency.

It's time to re-establish some legitimacy to the sport and among ranks.

I'd like to see a very high profile sports mktg & event co. to manage the Summit - 1st Class and extremely organized.

I'd like to see this actually pulled off. However, this all happens because of EGO and profit motive. The amount of negotiating just to set an agenda would drive any man insane.

Shall we just reserve a conference hall somewhere?
