I missed my chance for Saturday's Boise Burn game... not that I have had a shot. The highlights show the stands looking quite full (with a few stray seats, unlike the Idaho Steelheads' tendency to call anything 60% full a sellout). I probably could buy in standing room (and a better location at that).

Also note Spokane, often a Boise rival in NWL baseball, has basically taken over the northern version of the Inland Empire.

I tend to think Boise people are really kicking themselves now for building Qwest Arena too small. They could make a killing with this bunch.

The hitch... I would argue that, in Boise, it stems partially from Boise State boil-over. Former QB Bart Hendricks, Lee Marks, a couple garden variety receivers don't hurt the broth.
