A New Expansion Team has been added to the drop down TEAMS menu on the ABA website and also on the teams page http://www.abalive.com/teams/

Ontario Red Wolves

Was this team present at the ABA Meetings that were just held in Indianapolis?

They have not been listed on the ABA 2007-2008 Expansion Teams List?

I guess the Ontario team is the Ontario (Mississauga) Red Wolves?

And I can recall; at some point; they were on an expansion team list as Mississauga.

The Red Wolves were an expansion team scheduled to play in 2006-2007. And it's quite apparent, they didn't make it to the floor. I guess they have decided to try again?

Has anyone in Ontario heard about this team? Website?

It had been reported that Mississauga did attend the ABA Meeting in Indianapolis.

And Joe did not lie , he said he would not be adding any new teams and the only teams that could still get in were the ones who were already considering joining before he made the decision to stop expansion. He gave them a 1 week time table , today was the end of the 1 week thus leading to the announcment. So actually Joe stayed very true to his word.

Were the Georgia Gwizzlies represented at the meeting or are they considered an ongoing operation, though I don't believe they have played an ABA game?

As usual, the ABA doesn't know how to manage and update their website properly with current and up-to-date information!

And I think my second post took care of my first post.

Except for the fact, that it's about 6-7 months before the season is scheduled to begin, and possibly no one has even heard of the Ontario Red Wolves in Mississauga/Toronto Ontario???

Maybe it's time to have them on ABA All Access Radio next week!

And maybe the Halifax team should be on the same ABA All Access program, because their fans seem to be in limbo???
